REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Send us the models you are interested in via WhatsApp for review, along with the quantities, features, and if you need an invoice , let us know so we can send you the corresponding quote.
If you require an invoice, please provide us with the following information:
Tax ID (RFC)
Use of CFDI
Method of payment
If you need a specific description on the invoice, please mention it.
Minimum manufacturing quantity:
12 complete uniforms
either12 T-shirts
ADVANCE
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
It is necessary to send the deposit slip as proof.
The remainder is paid once the uniforms are ready, before shipment.
Important:
In the payment description, write the team name or customer name.

INFORMATION NEEDED TO TAKE YOUR ORDER
Please make sure to send us the following:
✔ Model of the uniform , both field and goalkeeper, with front and back view.
✔ Neck type and color.
✔ Sleeve type: long or short.
✔ Complete and clear list of names, sizes and numbers.
➡ It is very important that it is written correctly, as it will be placed exactly as you send it.
✔ Type of cut: specify if it is feminine or masculine.
✔ Logos, emblems or sponsors that you wish to include.
✔ If you need a special font, please send the exact name of the font.

CONFIRMATION AND PRODUCTION PROCESS
Once we have all the complete information, we will proceed to fill out your order.
Once we confirm that all the information and specifications are correct, your order will be sent to production.
From that moment the manufacturing time starts counting, and it will not be possible to make changes.
Days later, we will send you a preview of the final design, created by HULAMA, for you to review and approve before we proceed with the normal order processing.
SETTLEMENT
We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery , so you can settle the remaining payment and proceed with the shipment to your address.
Important:
You must send the deposit slip before 1:30 pm , Monday to Friday , in order to schedule the shipment for the same day.

SHIPMENT
Your order will be shipped via courier and you will be provided with a tracking number so you can track it at any time, or you will be kept informed of the shipment status.
